Hello,
We have entered the world of poetry. We have been reading a little bit of Shel Silverstein and enjoying the work of a few other poets as well. Each student is creating a small book of their own poetry as we practice with different types of poetry. Sometimes they enjoy poetry as everything doesn't have to include complete sentences. We are also reviewing parts of speech with some of the poetry as well. Let me know if you have any questions!
